I was perusing USBFever.com for some G1 accessories, and I came across this dongle that can work with my G1 or any HTC phone.  This adapter lets you use your regular or HTC headphones while charging your phone from the Mini-B USB charger.

I most often use my adapter to play Last.FM music when doing things in my kitchen or while sitting at my desk at work.  This lets me keep the battery topped off while still letting me be able to answer calls or listen to music when I use it with my HTC headphones.

When compared to  the adapter I initially purchased from Amazon, I like this one much better because I can even use it with regular headphones while it’s in my pocket and not feel like I am going to booger up the connector since it has a cable instead of just hanging onto the bottom.

The adapter is available from USBFever.com for $13.99.

What I liked: Small and easy to use

What needs improvement: Nothing that USBFever can do about it, but  HTC should have used a standard 3.5 mm jack
