Soon temperatures will finally start to cool off here in South Texas and it will finally be time for some serious coffee drinking. Yes, I know many of you cannot live without your daily dose, but I only drink it when it is cool outside and without caffeine. The video shows how the system works. Basically a 12-18 hour brew yields a concentrated extract that stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
