Another month, another Tokyoflash concept-to-reality creation unveiled. Today the Kisai On Air Acetate watch has been announced and is currently on special sale on the Tokyoflash website. The On Air Acetate has a large touch screen display that incorporates 4 zones that each control a different function. This time around there is no learning curve on how to actually read the time. The minutes are displayed digitally and move in position as the hour hand on an analog watch. Along with the time you get an alarm, date, animation, and LED backlighting for use at night. One of the coolest features of the phone is that is uses swipe to unlock (similar to your phone unlock) to prevent accidental “pocket dialing time changing.”

Acetate is a special material used in the production of high end sunglasses and other fahion accessories. Manufactured in the same way as stainless steel, each part of this LED watch design, including each link that makes up the strap has been carefully hand cut, machined and individually polished before assembly.
A strong material with a deep gloss that can be cleaned easily, Acetate has a silky finish, similar to ceramic or lacquerware and is light and comfortable to wear, making it ideal for wrist watches. -Tokyoflash

Currently concept to reality design is on sale at a launch price of $139 for the next 35 or so hours. After the price jumps back up to $159 which is still not a bad price for a watch these days anyway.
