One of the drags of modern smartphones is the fact that battery technology simply hasn’t kept up with a lot of other tech breakthroughs. Consider memory, for example. The Samsung Galaxy Express PowerSkin®, also $79.99, will become available on November 20, packing 2000 mAh of power and extending talk time by 70 percent.
The Windows Phone 8X by HTC is slated to launch around November 28, also costing $79.99. Talk times will be extended by 60 percent due to the PowerSkin’s® 1500 mAh power capacity.
All three new PowerSkins® will feature an on/off button, LED battery lights displaying charging status, a soft-touch anti-dust silicone exterior, and an included cable for syncing data and re-charging.
