As we head into the Winter NAMM show, we are starting to see some amazing new stuff – and today IK Multimedia is announcing the iRig BlueBoard, which is a Bluetooth MIDI pedalboard for iOS and Mac devices that support Bluetooth.
A couple of important things:
- Low power means you can use rechargeable AAA batteries for long life.
- Small size makes it easy to carry with you.
- Most importantly, it works with ALL apps. Other devices require specific apps, but so many of IK’s stuff plugs into just about everything – sure they want you to use their apps as well, but the interoperability really adds value for me.
