halo_3Known to some as one of the ultimate mulitplayer experiences on Xbox, Halo 3 is now free to download for Xbox Live Gold subscribers until the end of the month.  Originally released in 2007, Halo 3 quickly became one of the most popular multiplayer games on Xbox.  Now, you can take part in Master Chief’s epic adventure for free.

Halo 3 is part of Microsoft’s Games with Gold program that allows users to download specified games for free through the end of the year.  Users who download the games will be allowed to keep them forever.  I’m not ashamed to admit that I checked Bungie’s website today to find that I had logged over 650 games of Halo 3 back in the day.  Check out my game history, below.  Apparently, I much preferred Halo 3 to any of the other games.

I'm an architect by trade, but the overarching theme of my life has always been trying to keep up with the newest, coolest technology. Ever since I picked up an NES controller, I've been hooked on the latest and greatest gadgets, gizmos, and toys. Whether it's gaming, mobile phones, and accessories, or PCs and Apple products, I'm interested. I use many Apple products in my daily life, such as the iPhone, iPad, and my MacBook Pro. I've also built a few PCs in my day, so I'd like to say that I'm a pretty well-rounded techie.
