I’m a fan of booq’s various bag offerings and love it when they announce a new product. The upcoming booq Boa nerve graphite is a slightly new take on a familiar and highly functional messenger bag. The $149.95 bag fits up to a 15″ laptop, has all of booq’s quality and ships later this month.

As booq explains: “The 2014 Boa nerve is an all-out messenger bag that works hard for you whether you’re a businessman or bike messenger. Designed to be equally tough, sleek and insanely innovative, it comes packed with an abundance of cool functionality”.

I am totally digging the Boa nerve’s magnetic strap system. It makes switching from a loose fit to a secure one fast and simple. Plus… It just looks cool.

I also love the idea of the included stabilizer strap. It lets you get an even tighter fit when moving quickly and, it too, just looks cool.

Of course the bag also includes plenty of storage, awesome protection and a thoughtful design.

Inside, a densely padded laptop compartment keeps your 15″ laptop safe & sound, and its capacious main volume – complete with zippered compartment – has room for all your stuff.

And since this is a messenger bag intended for… Well, messengers, its flap and buckles feature reflective trim

There’s much more to this bag made from ballistic nylon and we will take a look when our review sample arrives.

I’ve been toting a Booq messenger bag around the country for the past three years and it’s been brilliant! So well made, protects all my gear, and looks good too.
