The Lifeproof Nuud for the iPhone 5C is a great way to protect your iPhone while still allowing the color to come through. After all, if you are going to get the iPhone 5C why in the world would you opt to hide the bright Apple-esque color of Cupertino’s playful iPhone?

As Lifeproof notes,

When Apple launched the colorful iPhone 5c, we had two jobs to do. Make a case to protect it. And make a case to let the color show through. What we came up with is our two best and brightest cases yet — fr? and nüüd for iPhone 5c.

Thin, light, strong, all protective, and most importantly clear, LifeProof keeps your iPhone 5c colorfully protected so you can live outside the lines.

The clear back of the case lets the color shine through and, in the process, makes the case look even thinner and more minimalist than it is.

The front of the case initially looks “all Lifeproof”. On closer examination however it becomes clear that the case is missing a screen protector. That, of course, is by design since the Lifeproof Nuud series offers great Lifeproof protection while still allowing full contact with the screen. It is the kind of thing that needs to be seen and used to fully appreciate.

Technical design in Technicolor — that’s LifeProof for iPhone 5c. Built to military and international specifications for drop, water and dust protection, its thinner, lighter, stronger and brighter than any other all-protective case.

Here’s a look at the $89.99 case on video!

If you want great protection for your iPhone 5C but don’t want to hide its color or have a film over the screen the Lifeproof Nuud is the case for you. And while I am more inclined to use it for general protection than for submersion under water, knowing that a phone protected in this case IS waterproof is a great way to have a bit of extra peace-of-mind.
