Element Case Rogue Ducati iPhone 5S

I loved the Element Case Rogue for iPhone 5S we reviewed last month. It is a fantastic rugged case that combines great materials, superb style and plenty of protection. Now the company has released the Element Case Rogue Ducati iPhone 5S Case. The color scheme and Ducati label combine to create a beautiful and unique case. Here’s our video look.

Gear Diary Element Case Rogue Ducati 46 1

As you might expect, this case has the same design as the standard Rogue for iPhone 5S. This time out, however, the case has the Ducati color scheme and logo. Element Case explains the new relationship this way: “Element Case and Ducati partner together for their exclusive line of products featuring alluring design and precision craftsmanship.” That pretty much captures what this case is all about.

The Element Case Rogue Ducati iPhone 5S Case is rugged protection in a light, compact design. It’s unique construction of shock absorbing polymers offer protection on all sides. CNC machined aluminum side rails and a carbon fiber protective back plate provide additional extreme impact protection. The Rogue AL is a truly versatile protective case that will enhance your active lifestyle.

This isn’t a rugged case the way a LifeProof case is rugged. In other words, if you want a case you can take under water or one you can throw across the room, this won’t be the case for you. If, however, you want a case that is going to add a good layer of protection, has Element Case style, has the cool-factor of Ducati branding and works with Element Case’s Dek Mounting system, this case will make you happy.

The Case Features:
  • Rugged, compact design protects all sides of iPhone
  • Extreme side protection provided by CNC machined T6061 aluminum alloy
  • Chassis constructed of shock absorbing TPU and Polycarbonate polymers
  • Additional rear protection provided by light aerospace grade carbon fiber
  • Belt clip/viewing stand included

If you prefer to avoid branded products, then this case is not for you. After all, Element Case cases all have some branding but this case takes things up to a new level by having both Element Case AND Ducati on them. That noted, this is an absolutely cool case. It looks great, protects well and turns heads. I absolutely love this style and the co-branding with Ducati only adds to the case’s attraction. Stay tuned, because we’ll be giving this review sample away soon! You can learn more about the Element Case Rogue Ducati iPhone 5S Case here.

MSRP: $99.95

What I Like: Great looking protection for your iPhone 5S; Lots of nice accessories included; Looks rugged and heavy but is surprisingly light; Mounts to many other Element Case accessories

What Needs Improvement: The Element Case Rogue Ducati iPhone 5S Case won’t appeal to all tastes
