Sandisk Announces New Storage Solutions at MWC 2015!

As someone who was impressed by a 32MB Compact Flash card for my HP PDA 15 years ago, the growth of high-speed, high-capacity, ultra-compact storage continues to astound me, and at MWC 2015 that trend continues. HTC Announces the HTC One M9

You can’t say HTC doesn’t listen to their critics. Every year their HTC One series has shown improvement and polish, and the new One M9 addresses many of the issues from the M8 and expands on what it does best: namely, there’s an improved camera and even better speakers!


Hands-On With the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ at MWC 2014

Judie spent some hands-on time with the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+. The tablet offers a Full HD display, a quad core processor, an 8MP front camera, 2GB of storage and runs Android 4.3. Hands-On with the Sony Xperia Z2 – the Waterproof Superphone

Sony’s new flagship, the Xperia Z2, promises to be even better than its predecessor. It’s waterproof in freshwater for up to 5 feet and 30 minutes, has 4K video capability, and a gorgeous 5.2″ screen. I’ve had some hands-on time with one, and I love the glass body and build quality. Plantronics Shows Off Concept Next Gen “Smart” Headset

Judie spent time with Plantronics during the second day of Mobile World Congress 2014 and got to see a next-generation concept headset. It tracks head movement in nine different directions. They see an assortment of great consumer applications as well as uses for first responders. Of course, the headset is also great for gaming. Check out the video!

The Eye Tribe Announces Beta Release of Affordable Eye Tracking Software for Smartphones at MWC 2014

Hands-On With the HP Pavilion x360 Laptop- MWC 2014

Judie got some hands-on time with the new HP Pavilion x360 laptop. Thanks to a 360-degree hinge this 11.6″ hybrid is able to switch between clamshell and tablet mode. No, this isn’t deja vu but you have seen this before. Priced starting at $399 it has Beats Audio and surprisingly good specs for the price. Check out the image gallery.


Next Generation Yota Smartphone Revealed at MWC

At CES last year Yota introduced their first smartphone. It was met with tremendous interest due to the dual-screen technology – full Android color display on the front, read-only e-ink screen on the rear. At MWC 2014 they just revealed the 2nd generation Yota smartphone – and it is an upgrade in every possible way!


Mad Catz C.T.R.L.i Bluetooth iOS 7 Controller- First Look

On the first day of Mobile World Congress 2014 in Barcelona, Judie got a hands-on first look at the Mad Catz C.T.R.L.i Bluetooth iOS 7 controller.
