Getting yourself a new iPhone 3GS and want to make sure it keeps looking like it did when you first pulled it out of the box?  Or have the iPhone 3G and just need a new case to spice things up a bit?

JAVOedge recently released a new line of cases called the “Jelly.”  These cases, offered in five colors, do a great job of protecting your phone while adding some style at the same time.

The Jelly case is made from a lightweight, flexible plastic material that feels like heavy duty silicone.

It is available in 5 color varieties (Pink, Clear, Purple, Aqua and Pink and Smokey Gray.)

It features a prism like pattern across the back but the case is totally translucent allowing the back of your phone to shine through.

The case features a “lay on the table” design that keeps much of the chrome bezel protected.

While the Jelly case on your phone you still retain full access to your phone’s dock connector, headset port and vibrate switch.

The volume rocker, although covered by the case, still remains usable (it’s hard to tell from the photo but it is covered.)

The power button does get covered as well by the case but remains usable.  It is however slightly harder to press.

The Jelly cases fit very well.  Unlike many silicone style cases these fit tight and don’t stretch.  They feel great in the hand and provide a decent amount of both shock and impact protection.

The cases are fully washable and do not show smudges or finger prints from daily use.

You can check out the entire line of Jelly cases for the iPhone on the JAVOedge website.

JAVOedge is offering a special discount for readers of Gear Diary.com  who wish to purchase the new Jelly case via the Amazon.com web site.

For the next month you can enter the promo code:  “NEWJELLY” and you’ll save 15% on your order.

What I like – fits great, looks great, good color choices.

What I don’t like  – power button is a little harder to press with the case on.
