Well Roamz 2.5 has launched and it brings some neat new features. Roamz’ new features make learning about exciting local events even easier. The update has a revamped interface with new search tiles, which change dynamically based on time of day and the users’ location. When searching for things to do, users can search or choose from recommended tiles or tiles based on recent searches.
Key features in the new version include:
-A discovery screen that allows you to search for things of interest to you. The search tiles vary depending on the local content and the time of day
-Location based reminders call “starring”. This allows you to star a venue you find interesting and the app offers a reminder the next time you are close to that venue
-Extended sharing features that now includes Tumblr integration
-Updated biography and venue pages that present more information on friends and locations
