XtremeMac has released a bevy of new cases for the iPhone 5 and were kind enough to send a few for review. This time out, we are looking at the XtremeMac Microshield Stand and giving two review samples away. Let’s jump in.

From XtremeMac:

Microshield™ Stand includes an integrated viewing stand that comes out of the case for watching videos or FaceTime™ applications, and then folds in seamlessly when not in use. Designed from durable, hard plastic material to protect your iPhone 5 device and avoid scratches, dust and dirt.

Features:

Seamlessly integrated viewing stand for watching videos or FaceTime

Full access to switches, jacks and camera

Durable hard plastic case material

Available in five stylish colors: Gunmetal gray, Turquoise, Red, Pink and Pearl

The case offers decent scratch protection but doesn’t bring much bump protection to the table. Of course, thanks to the integrated stand it will sit on the table and that feature alone makes it worth consideration. Learn more and order yours here.

MSRP: $27.95

What I Like: Simple; Protective; Integrated stand works well

What Needs Improvement: No included screen protection; Little drop protection
