Sena Ultra Thin Access Pro for 5th Generation iPod touch

The 5th Generation iPod touch is the most iPhone-esque iPod touch yet, and the Sena Ultra Thin Access Pro is a great way to protect it. The new iPod touch is thinner than ever, but it offers specs that are more inline with the iPhone than ever before.

Like the iPhone 5 the new iPod touch has a larger screen. And like the iPhone 5 the touch has a good quality front camera for Facetime. And like the iPhone 5 the new iPod touch offers access to Siri. The new touch also has a 5MP camera with flash. That actually makes it a terrific media player AND camera that you will want to take with you on the go. The Sena Ultra Thin Access Pro for 5th Generation iPod touch is a great way to protect the touch when not using it.

The Sena Ultra Thin Access Pro for 5th Generation iPod touch is just that… a pouch. Unlike other pouches the Sena Ultra Thin Access Pro for 5th Generation iPod touch is open on both ends. The top section is completely open while the bottom end has small straps that allow complete access to the 3.5mm headphone jack, speaker and Lightning connector while preventing the iPod touch from slipping out. It is a simple but effective design that helps make the Sena Ultra Thin Access Pro for 5th Generation iPod touch more than just a pouch.

I really like the 5th generation iPod touch. It is thin, light and offers great battery life. It offers a great combination of features that make it closer to an iPhone than ever. Best of all there’s no data plan draining your cash each month. I like having a Bodyguardz Armor skin on the device. It prevents scratches but it doesn’t protect the iPod’s screen when carrying it in a bag. That’s where the Sena Ultra Thin Access Pro for 5th Generation iPod touch comes in. It is under $30, offers complete protection and, as always, offers Sena’s quality leather and construction. If you have an iPod touch it is worth check it out.

MSRP: $29.99

What I Like: Simple but effective protection; Complete access to Lightning connector, 3.5mm headphone jack and speaker; Under $30

What Needs Improvement: Only offers protection while the device is in the pouch; Initially quite tight, especially if you have a screen protector and/or protective film on the touch
