The Harman Kardon Esquire Mini Will be Music to Your Ears

I reviewed the Harman Kardon Esquire Bluetooth speaker a few weeks ago and was completely blown away by its build quality, feature set and, of course sound. It is a Bluetooth speaker that looks and feels more like jewelry than anything else. Now the company has announced a new speaker – the Harman Kardon Esquire Mini Bluetooth wireless speaker. The new speaker is a smaller version of its big brother. At a price of $149.95 it is $100 less, but it is also smaller and doesn’t have quite as many features. It still solid and gorgeous, but it doesn’t have NFC (near field communication) like the Harman Kardon Esquire does.

The speaker has the same leather finish that gives it a beautiful look and feel. It is far smaller, and can  fit inside a back pocket. It has a built-in stand, something its big brother doesn’t have.

The Harman Kardon Esquire Mini comes with a leather strap that will allow you to hold onto the speaker if you are carrying it with you.

This speaker isn’t just about having fun. With a dual microphone setup that provides echo and noise cancellation technology, it makes for a great conferencing tool when used in a business setting.

And because it looks as sleek and professional as it does, you’ll be happy to put it on your work desk — or anywhere else for that matter.

The  Harman Kardon Esquire Mini has 2 27 mm transducers that put out a total of 8 W, or 4 W per channel. It takes 3 to 5 hours to charge, and offers up to eight hours of audio playback. Best of all it is under an inch deep, just 3 inches high, and just five and half inches wide. It can go anywhere and everywhere, and I have no doubt mine will do just that.

It will even charge your phone!

It is expected to ship on September 17th. You can learn more about it here. We’ll have a full review on it posted once our pre-order arrives.
