Hush Smart Earplugs May Help You Get Rest

As a person afflicted with obstructive sleep apnea, I recognize when I have had a good night sleep. One issue I struggle with is that I hear my machine as well as other sounds when trying to sleep. On Kickstarter, I came across this interesting project that aims to change that with Hush, the first smart set of earplugs.

Hush Smart Earplugs May Help You Get Rest

Hush Smart Earplugs aren’t really ear plugs, but are a set of low energy Bluetooth earbuds. What makes them special is that Hush also includes an app that helps generate white noise that will drown out the sounds. So if you are in a dorm, on a plane or in other noisy environments you can get a quick nap.

Hush includes many cushion sizes and spares as well as case for charging them.  So you can charge the earbuds AND your phone using one outlet, the case actually has a USB port on it so you only have to use one outlet near your nightstand,

To get  pair of these, you have to pledge $115 or more on their Kickstarter page and wait until they are ready, and it sounds like they may be ready soon as this project has a working prototype. I’m looking forward to hearing more from Hush; if you’re interested, there are still six days left during which time you can sign up as a backer.
