Amazon Introduces Updated Fire TV Stick – $39 Includes Voice, Alexa

Amazon just introduced an updated Fire TV Stick which is priced at $39.99 and due for release on October 20, 2016. The new device looks and acts a lot like the old one with the addition of Amazon’s Alexa virtual assistant.

Using Alexa you can search by voice, play music, or perform most of the commands that you could on the Amazon Echo device. The hardware is beefed up, going from dual-core to quad-core processing and faster WiFi 802.11ac MIMO.

Early purchases also qualify for a $65 media buying credit.
