The Just Mobile HeadStand Avant Is a Graceful Headphone Holder

If you have a favorite pair of headphones that you like to have ready for frequent use, you need a place to keep them, right? And how better to hold and display them than on an aluminum Just Mobile HeadStand Avant?

The HeadStand Avant ships flat, and there is some assembly required. Everything you need to get the job does is in the package, but you will need a Phillips-head screwdriver to attach the stand to the base.

There are four aluminum pieces in the package; I have the silver version, you can also by the HeadStand Avant in black.

The first step is to remove the screw from the stand and attach the stand to the base. There is a slot that the stand fits into, then you use a screwdriver to join them together. The base has a non-slip rubber pad attached so the headphone stand won’t scoot.

The top of the stand unscrews so you can attach the arm — make sure you put it on with the JM logo facing the right way. The retaining disc screws onto the arm … and the HeadStand Avant is fully assembled.

Precision engineered from aircraft-grade aluminum, with a distinctive radial finish, HeadStand™ Avant is an iconic addition to any nightstand, side table or workspace – and, thanks to its perfect balance and high clearance, it’s even suitable for oversized headphones. No wonder it’s the choice of the pros.

The largest (and heaviest) set of headphones that I own are the Mo-Fi by Blue; the Just Mobile HeadStand Avant holds them securely and with room to spare.

If having no place to keep your headphones bugs you on some primal level (I’m not judging, because it bugs me, too), then it’s an easy enough thing to put your headphones on this beautiful stand so that they’ll look good when you aren’t using them and they’ll be ready to be used when you need them.

The Just Mobile HeadStand Avant retails for $39.95, and it is available directly from the manufacturer and from Amazon (free shipping with Amazon Prime) [affiliate link].
