ZTE has started off the week by announcing their spec for the ZTE Hawkeye, a mid-range smartphone device available through a campaign on Kickstarter.

The fourth largest smartphone supplier in the U.S. is bringing you the ZTE Hawkeye, a $199 smartphone that you can fund directly from their campaign online for a limited time. Featuring a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor and a huge 3000mAh battery, the Hawkeye also comes with dual-rear cameras for awesome photo taking. Coming bundled with Android Nougat (or Android N), the Hawkeye is set to challenge the higher end smartphones on the market by offering comparable specs as a budget price.

Also featuring dual SIM capabilities, you can also expand your memory up to 256gb. This is great especially if you plan on taking movies with you as the 5.5-inch screen enhances the phone’s viewing experience. There’s also a rear-fingerprint sensor, Hi-Fi sound on top of NFC capabilities. One neat feature though that I personally am excited for is the Senseye technology, which allows the phone to automatically scroll up and down based on your eye movement, perfect for on the go reading. And there’s even an adhesive casing that allows you to mount the phone on most surfaces, perfect for a mirror or wall.
