Samsung has been busy at Mobile World Congress, and two new tablets took center stage: the new Tab S3 and a Surface competitor called the Galaxy Book!

The Tab S3 is the latest version of Samsung’s Android tablet offerings, and it has all the usual features like an S-Pen and solid battery life, but it goes way above and beyond for media. There’s quad core speakers from Harman Kardon, as well as 4K video capability!

Before you whip out your wallet though, be sure to look the Galaxy Book over as well. This is a Windows 10 tablet/notebook hybrid that comes in 10.6 and 12in screen choices, and it too comes with goodies like Samsung Notes, Air Command, and other software enhancements.

All the tablets come with LTE, so you’re connected no matter which you choose. No word yet on price or availability, so keep watch at Samsung’s official Galaxy site!

  1. Oh cool – everyone comes with LTE! For me that has been a big ‘miss’ lately. Performance is an interesting thing – my Galaxy Tab Pro from a few years ago is still quite solid, as if my Kindle Fire HDX. Neither compares to the iPad Pro I use all the time, but I wouldn’t expect them to …

Pricing will be interesting – do they go Microsoft ($$$) or Amazon ($) … or split the difference?
