Now that you’ve ordered your iPhone X, chances are you are looking for new accessories to purchase. Luckily, ’tis the season for great deals, and I’m here to bring you a few accessories for Apple’s new flagship device that are must-haves.

Holiday Guide 2017 - Must Have Accessories for Your New iPhone X

The first accessory every single iPhone X user should have is a trusty glass screen protector. Here me out here, I know that the phone’s edge-to-edge OLED display is beautiful, but trust me on this one, unless you have AppleCare+, a cracked screen could cost upwards of $200 to repair for the iPhone X, so why even risk it? InvisibleShield’s Glass+ for the iPhone X is the only of its kind with a special Ion Matrix technology that is strengthened with a surface finish that removes imperfections and reinforces the glass edges by filling in microcracks (unlike your phone itself), so if you do mistakenly drop it, you will not immediately see the cracks and dings.

InvisibleShield stands behind the Glass+, and after two weeks of use, so do I. In practice, the Glass+ has been phenomenal. While it doesn’t cover the top-notch, leaving it completely exposed, if you use the Glass+ with a case, you will not even notice that you have a screen protector on it. Available for the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus also, you can purchase the InvisibleShield for $39.99 directly by going to Zagg.

If you’re always on the go and tend to be in places that may or may not have outlets like a bar or airport, you really need to get yourself Anker’s newly upgraded Anker Powercore II 10,000mAh battery pack. Compared to their original Powercore, the new PowerCore II has a smaller footprint, all while giving you a huge battery capacity.

10,000mAh is enough to allow any iPhone X user over two full recharges of their smartphone, which is great for those of you who hate seeing your phone go below 70%. What’s more is the PowerCore II has quick charge 3 features that it seems as though Anker has included in the majority of their new products, and they’ve adapted to using a circular ring featuring 10 individual LED lights that represent 10% increments of how much battery the external pack has remaining. One welcome change that I love is the new textured body that will not scratch up like the original model. Currently on sale on Amazon for $29.99, that’s a steal of a deal, and you can add it to your cart by clicking here today.

There are plenty of iPhone X cases on the market, but if you are the type who likes to keep your device protected from fingerprints, but don’t want to add a lot of bulk to it, you should check out Totallee’s super thin iPhone X cases. The company stands by being one of the thinnest case makers for not just the iPhone X, but for the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus as well, but not just thin in footprint, but in price as well.

Available in eight colors for a low price of $19, you can easily coordinate your device with your fashion. There are special edition colors that cost a bit more at $25, but honestly, I’ve used a couple of the Totally cases on my personal iPhone X, and they are great for the person who just wants to show off how slim their iPhone is. Available now, you can head over to Totallee’s site to check them out.

Now, if you are like me, and don’t want to risk your phone dropping and possibly breaking, Just Mobile has your back. The company has two specialized iPhone X cases, the TENC and the Quattro Air, that are designed with the casual iPhone X user in mind.

Apple celebrating their 10-year anniversary resulted in the all-glass iPhone X, which while aesthetically awesome to look at, what’s not appealing to the eye is the price to replace the front or back glass in the event that you drop your device. Just Mobile sent me both of their cases to check out and honestly, I’m still undecided on which I want to use, so I’ll just use them both and alternate.

On the days I want to show off my phone a bit, the TENC is a transparent case that doesn’t yellow over time, like the competition. Featuring advanced composite self-healing properties, this is the case you want to go to if you hate additional bulk, but I still want proper drop protection. Not only is the TENC one of my favorite transparent cases on the market, it’s the only one I can honestly recommend to my friends.

Even with greasy palms, the TENC case by Just Mobile doesn’t show them excessively. The TENC ($24.95) is available in matte clear, crystal clear, and matte black.

If you’re not really into clear cases and opt for a nice black case for your device that’s just as protective, you have to check out the Quattro Air. Over the past two weeks, this has been my go-to case, and if I had to choose, it’s my favorite.

The case has similar auto head technology like the TENC, with the exception being that it offers a special AirCorner technology that means if you drop it off your coffee table and it hits the ground on it’s side, the air cushions will allow you to keep the case, and your phone looking pristine, even when you take the case off. Too many cases fall victim to protecting the sides of the device from drops but to the detriment of the corners. This is not the case with the Quattro Air, and this is one of the key reasons why I absolutely tell everyone with the iPhone X to purchase this case. Available in black, blue and pink, you should head over to Just Mobile today for more information.

In non-surprising Apple fashion, the company opted not to include a wireless charger for their iPhone X, although the device itself does allow for a wireless charger. At their keynote, they offered two third-party options for wireless chargers, however, there are great alternatives that do the same things, for compatible prices that you should check out.

The first of the two is Incipio’s GHOST QI 15-watt wireless charger. Now that Apple finally allows its devices to charge wireless, which is awesome because the Incipio Ghost QI is one of the smaller QI wireless chargers on the market that is great to toss in your bag for a trip, but can also comfortably sit on your desk or nightstand for when you need it.

Initially I did have a problem with the included AC adapter, because I’m a fan of not needing a host of other cables to travel with, but it’s small than the options Apple announced when they announced their iPhone 8 and iPhone X back in September, but it’s rubberized surface allows your phone to sit still on any surface without sliding around.

It doesn’t, however... work with the iPhone X

The base is not raised in any way, but despite that, it allows the user to charge wirelessly, with an LED at the front of the device that’s not intrusive by any means and does not blink annoyingly like the competition.
