I love when Waterfield SF Bags brings a new product to market. They are always well made, beautifully designed and get the job they are intended to do done. When I saw the announcement of the new Waterfield Tech Folio, I knew I wanted to check it out. We have one on the way, but let’s take an early look!
I always carry an external battery, a pair of headphones and an assortment of cables and adapters with me. I’m constantly on the lookout for a great way to organize and carry these assorted items, and the Waterfield Tech Folio just may be the holy grail I have been looking for.
As is always the case with Waterfield products, the Tech Folio is crafted locally in the company workshop in San Francisco. It comes in either 1050 Denier Ballistic Nylon or Waxed Canvas and measures 10.5″ x 8″ x 2″; 0.95 lb. That makes it small enough to carry everywhere and large enough to carry an assortment of items. As the company notes, it can be used for an assortment of cables and cords, power bricks, dongles and adapters, a mouse, an external hard drive, extra batteries, a phone and tablet and personal items such as a wallet, mints, office keycards, etc.
As Waterfield explains, the Tech Folio:

A front zippered pocket opens to reveal pockets for pens and an Apple Pencil, a phone and some cables you will frequently need. As we have seen with other Waterfield products, a bright liner helps you see what is being stored in the Tech Folio.
When you zip open the main compartment, you find the primary storage space. This is divided into a series of zippered pockets that are made from a mesh material that allows you to see what is inside. There are also open pockets for a mouse and an external hard drive. There is also a large open pocket that is perfectly sized for a tablet.
The Tech Folio is not overly complex but has enough storage and assorted pockets for the items you’ll want to carry during the work day or on a quick trip.
