Blitzwolf is one of those brands that you may come across on Amazon; you’ll find they have plenty of accessories including cables, headphones, and Bluetooth accessories. The company sent us two accessories over the holidays that I personally used for my annual Christmas party;  they were an instant hit.

The first product is the Blitzwolf BW-AS2 40-watt Wireless Bluetooth Speaker. I’ve had many different Bluetooth speakers over the last few years, but the Blitzwolf BW-AS2 is certainly a unique one. Available for $69.99, the BW-AS2 features dual 40-watt drivers that, when lying on a flat surface, deliver a sound that will carry bass in any room.

We set the BW-AS2 speaker on the corner of our club room for the Christmas Party, and not only was the connection flawless even when my smartphone moved around the room in my pocket throughout the night, but family members also raved that it sound as if the speaker was larger than it actually was. I’m not quite sure if Bluetooth version 4.2 was the reason for the audio quality and connectivity, but it sounded immaculate to everyone.

There’s a bit of bass boost here thanks to two 5-watt mid-treble and a single 30-watt bass feature, but there’s even more to love about the speaker.

The Blitzwolf BW-AS2 has a 5200mAh internal battery which will give you roughly eight solid hours of battery life. At the back of the device, there are a few different ports, including an aux input and a micro-USB port for charging the device.

At the top of the speaker, you’ll get your standard buttons, including volume control, Pause/Play, and even Call Control which allows you to pause playing audio to answer a call or to even reject the call by shortly holding it.

The “M” button is essentially a “Mode” indicator so you can switch to your leisure. While it’s not the most feature-rich Bluetooth speaker I’ve ever used, with endless glowing lights and various useless features, the Blitzwolf gets one thing right — audio.

Finally, there’s Blitzwolf’s BW-MC12 Micro USB charging cable. Since moving on to using USB-C or Lightning over the past few years, one thing that I truly lack these days is a solid Micro-USB cable, especially for the various Bluetooth Speakers like the BW-AS2 that I end up having to charge.

The BW-MC12 charging data cable is ultra-durable with a strengthened cable that won’t fray over time, and it is a perfect companion for the speaker when I need the ability to charge.

Overall, I am a huge fan of both the cable and the speaker, more specifically, the speaker for its simplistic look and stellar sound quality. Anyone who is looking for a great-sounding Bluetooth speaker at a great price point should look no further than Blitzwolf’s BW-AS2 Wireless Speaker.
