Scosche is much more than their car accessories. If you’ve been following their CES announcements this week, you know that Scosche has a lot in store for 2019, but you might be really intrigued by how they plan on keeping your home device charging organized with the Scosche BaseLynx Modular Charging System.

A common problem many of us have is organizing our gadgets at home, in the dorm, or at the office; Scosche has a remedy for that. The BaseLynx Modular Charging System is a customizable way of always keeping your devices powered-up and ready-to-go, which is perfect for our busy lifestyles.

It is customizable to work in multiple settings, such as home, office, or dorm. The modules, when connected, are powered by a single power cable, simplifying life even further. And that’s how BaseLynx was born, from a combination of necessity, creative design, and engineering.

The modular charging system includes a Qi-wireless fast charging dock, an integrated Apple Watch charging dock (you have to bring your own magnetic charging cable), a vertical power station that can hold up to three gadgets (perfect for a phone, tablet, or even a Nintendo Switch). The vertical power station comes with two 12-watt USB-A outlets and a single 18-watt USB-C power delivery which would be great for my Google Pixel 3 or even my new iPad Pro. Each module can be bundled together or separated to save space on your nightstand or wherever you choose to place it. Scosche also mentions that the BaseLynx is engineered with a smart chip to prevent over or under-voltage charging as well as short-circuiting.

This is the perfect solution for those of us who have cables laying everywhere, but more importantly, it’s a more up-to-date and organized way of charging the multitude of products that we have lying around. Available in the Spring, you’ll be able to get pricing and more information at Scosche.com soon.
