I’ll never understand why chargers with only one USB port are sold. 9 times out of 10, if you’re charging your laptop, you’ll want to top-off your phone as well. And since many modern laptops only include one Type-C port, you’re SOL unless you have a separate charger. With the Aukey Omnia 65W Fast Charge USB-C Dual Port Charger, that’s not an issue.
I was sent the Aukey Omnia 65W Fast-Charge USB-C Dual Port Charger along with a pack of two 3.3′ USB Type-C to USB Type-C cables and a pack with a single 6.6′ long USB Type-C to Lightning cable.

The Aukey Omnia 65W Fast Charger USB-C Dual Port Charger
This 65W fast charger measures about 2″ long by 2″ wide by 1.3″ thick, and it is housed in matte black plastic. This charger is very compact — it’s just a little bit larger than the classic iPad charger. The prongs fold in or out so it is completely pocketable, and there are two Type-C ports on the front.
Using Aukey’s Dynamic Detect, you can plug into the top port (the one with the computer icon) to output a full 65W charge to your laptop, or you can send 45W to your laptop and an 18W fast charge to your mobile phone when charging two devices at the same time. If you use a laptop like the MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro 13″, the Huawei MateBook, or a Lenovo Yoga C940, you’re going to love this, and at $54.99, it is $15 less than the 61W 13″ Apple MacBook Pro charger — which only comes with a single USB Type-C port — and it is 50% smaller and lighter. Not too shabby!
Aukey 3.3′ USB-C to USB-C Right Angle Cable
If you get the Aukey Omnia 65W Fast Charger, you should go ahead and pick up some extra cables! The Aukey 3.3′ USB-C to USB-C Right Angle Cable is wrapped in aramid fiber braided nylon so they don’t tangle, and they are rated for up to 60W Fast Charging. In other words, these cables won’t choke and deprive you of the fast charge you’re looking for — whether it’s for your laptop, your tablet, or your smartphone. They are also made for high-speed data transfer of up to 480Mbps.
The cables come in a flashy black or red, and they include built-in velcro ties; the metal tips are hefty and look very well made.
One handy feature worth pointing out is that these cables are built with a right angle so they will fit flush against the body of the device you are charging rather than sticking straight in; I think it looks sleek!
At $13.99 for two cables, this is a great deal!
Aukey 6.6′ USB-C to Lightning Cable
If you’ve ever tried to read while charging your iPhone (or older iPad) in bed, you’ll appreciate the 6.6′ long Aukey USB to Lightning cable. Perfect for those times when you can’t get any closer to a plug, this cable is fast charging (up to xx) and it also offers high-speed data transfer (up to 480Mbps). Most importantly, it is MFi-Certified, so it’s Apple-approved.
This cable is also covered in a tough braided nylon cable with aramid fiber support cores, and the tips are slim yet sturdy. The cable also comes with a built-in velcro tie.

These are actually the first Aukey items I’ve tried, and I am very impressed with their quality and usefulness.
