TCL has made a big splash with its new TCL 10 Pro and 10L phones, putting top quality screens and hardware into budget-friendly devices. They’re proving they are serious about this new market by rolling out a new maintenance release, tweaking some features, and even sweetening those already low prices with some carrier deals!
The new maintenance release will provide a few key upgrades: one, it removes the TCL watermark that was on by default, there’s added tweaks to camera performance, and both models will be receiving the Android Security Maintenance Release for May 2020. It’s early in the TCL 10 Pro/10L lifespans, but it’s an excellent sign that TCL is already keeping up with quick security releases!
If you’ve been eyeing these phones and are tempted to pull the trigger, you should head to Amazon or Best Buy. Amazon is selling the 10 Pro for $381.65 and the 10L for $211.65 (15% off!). Meanwhile, Best Buy has the 10 Pro for $329.99 with AT&T/Verizon activation or a Sprint upgrade, $277.99 if you’re a new Sprint customer, and $379.99 if you’re just buying the phone with no carrier affiliation. The 10L has similar deals, at $159.99 with a Verizon/AT&T/Sprint upgrade, $109.99 for new Sprint customers, and $209.99 with no carrier activation.
But hurry-these prices expire June 28th, so grab your mask and your wallet and get shopping!
