The $239.99 OnePlus Nord N200 5G Looks Like a Pretty Slick and Inexpensive 5G Smartphone

If you’re looking for a relatively inexpensive 5G-capable smartphone, you might want to check out the OnePlus Nord N200 5G that’s just been announced. Priced at $239.99 in the US, it’s a great value.

The OnePlus Nord N200 5G will have an immersive 6.49” HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 4GB RAM, 64GB user memory, and a memory card slot so you can expand your storage. It will also have a triple-camera system on the back that features a 13-megapixel main camera that OnePlus says offers “great color accuracy for daytime and night shots.” There’s no word yet on what the other two cameras will be, but on the front, there’s what OnePlus is calling a “high-end” 16-megapixel camera.

Considering that most of the flagship OnePlus phones also have 16-megapixel front-facing cameras, I can’t help but wonder if they’ve used the same system here.

Whether you like to read on your device, play games, or watch streaming videos, you’ll have plenty of juice to keep going all day with the OnePlus Nord N200 5G’s generously sized 5,000mAh battery. When it’s time to recharge, you’ll be able to do so relatively quickly with its included 18W charger.

TheOnePlus Nord N200 5G will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G Mobile Platform; you’ll be able to take full advantage of the 5G if you are a T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile customer. There’s no word yet on whether this device will be 5G supported by any other carriers.

If you are on a carrier other than T-Mobile, you’ll probably only be able to get 4G/LTE speeds. But unless you live in a larger city that offers solid 5G coverage, that may suit you just fine.

OnePlus Nord N200 5G

You can expect to see the OnePlus Nord N200 5G for sale on the OnePlus site priced at $239.99 for the US and $319.99 for Canada beginning on Friday, June 25th at 11 am Eastern Time.

That’s not bad a bad price for an unlocked 5G phone with better than average specs! You’ll also be able to get one soon from T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Best Buy, Amazon, and B&H.
