The chair does arrive in a small box and requires some assembly which is not difficult.

Everything needed for the chair is included, along with easy-to-follow instructions. The chair is constructed from the floor up. While assembling, I could see the parts were heavy-duty and high-quality.

The Sihoo M57 office chair is adjustable easily from the bottom. The chair can tilt and rock or be locked into position and adjustable lumbar support for a custom fit. Height is also easily adjustable, ensuring the correct viewing and typing level. The contoured back does an excellent job of conforming to your body.

While the back contours to your body, the waterfall arc seating design helps your posture while taking pressure off your legs as you sit. It holds you in a comfortable position while providing plenty of support for long periods of sitting.

The multi-dimensional headrest adjustment rounds out the head-to-toe comfort. Rotate up and down to fit the cervical vertebra and release neck pressure fully.

The armrests of the M57 are also adjustable. Move them up and down and adjust them in and out to create the perfect arm angle, whether gaming or typing. When the arms are adjusted correctly, I noticed much less fatigue with long typing periods in my arms and hands.

The Sihoo M57 office chair is an excellent addition to any office for work or gaming. It is sturdy and made with high-quality materials, and the fabric choice keeps your body cool while the design keeps your body comfortable.
