The MEATER Pro XL appears to be a huge upgrade from previous models, featuring upgraded probes with increased durability and higher temperature limits that are 100% waterproof and will even allow for deep frying.

The probes will have six built-in sensors, five internal sensors, and one ambient temperature sensor. The five internal data points help find the true lowest temperature to achieve better cooking results.
