Heat Test

After that 15-minute run, the measured temperature rose to about 105.5 degrees. That sounds warm, but in practice, it was still safe to touch. The body wasn’t scorching or uncomfortable. The handle stayed fine to hold, and the illuminated section felt warm rather than dangerously hot.

That’s a reassuring result for a light intended for close-up work. It means the high mode produces useful brightness without turning the housing into something you have to avoid touching.
