Anyone who tells you there’s no innovation or growth in the PC market isn’t paying attention to gaming. Companies are finding new ways to cram power, heat management, and serious displays into smaller and sleeker cases. Lenovo is all-in with a whole slew of new Legion gaming PCs ranging from super-portable to super-powerful.

Let’s talk laptops first. Lenovo Legion Y730 and Y530 are designed to look like really nice laptops, not necessarily “gaming laptops”. In fact, Lenovo claims these can go from work to play, even referencing “stealth gaming”. Basically, Lenovo has made it so that you’ll be able to play DOOM while looking like you’re taking careful notes. However, the Y730 has Dolby Atmos, and the Y530 has Dolby Audio, so maybe keep the sound on mute, as Lenovo is not responsible for you getting caught if actually gaming while at work.

In addition to rocking major sound power, the Y530 and Y730 come with NVIDIA GeForce chips, Intel Core i7 processors, and keyboards that have a 1ms response time. That last one basically means the keyboard responds nearly instantly, so your only limit on winning is your own lack of skills. The Y530 is the more “mainstream” laptop, while the Y730 will come in 15 and 17-inch screens and has a more overt gaming focus as well as that gorgeous RGB backlit keyboard.

The Y530 is also slightly more wallet-friendly, with an MSRP of $929, while the Y730 will be $1,179 for the 15 inch and $1,249 for the 17 inch.

If desktops are more your thing, Lenovo’s Legion line has you covered as well. There are the C530/C730 cubes, which are designed to be compact towers that allow you to bring them with you easily but still tap into that desktop-level power.

They will also have Intel Core i7s, along with Dolby Atmos and special thermal ventilation to keep heat issues from blowing up your epic gaming marathon. Meanwhile, if you’re going with max power, there are the T530 and T730 towers, which again, offer Intel i7s, Dolby Atmos, incredible cooling systems, and to top it off, the T730 has a transparent side panel which reveals an array of RGB lighting.

Lenovo also designed these to be easy to open and upgrade without tools, so they can be upgraded and stay state of the art for quite some time. Both the C530 and T530 will clock in at $829, while the C730 and T730 will start at $929.
