Speck has introduced two new bags for taking your netbook (up to 10″) or iPad on the go. The CorePack-10 and the PortPack-10 both feature Speck’s excellent design and high quality construction. Each has an MSRP of $49.95 and are available now.

Here’s a quick first look at both. We have review units of each and will have a thorough Gear Diary look in the next few days.

CorePack for Netbooks and iPad

Open up CorePack FLY 10’s butterfly design and it instantly becomes a portable work surface. The butterfly feature is also airport security checkpoint friendly, allowing you to lay the bag flat without removing your iPad or NetBook. Use either the over-the-shoulder carry strap, or the built-in brief case style handle. A headphone pass through allows for easy listening while your portable devices stay safely stowed.

PortPack for Netbooks and iPad

Navigating the urban landscape is what PortPack 10 does best. This customizable tote stays slim when loads are light and unzips to expand to twice its capacity. Extra slim profile pockets give space and organization for all of your essentials, and a micro-fleece lined padded pocket snugly holds your devices. A headphone cord pass through keeps the music playing and the front flap zips off for a completely different look.
