The 4" Anker PowerLine Lightning Cable Is a Must-Have Battery Pack Accessory

If you have an iPhone and tend to use a portable battery pack when you’re on the go, but dread having to lug around a long cable — only to have to wrap it around the battery pack so it doesn’t look unsightly — you really need to check out the 4″ Anker Powerline Lightning cable.

The 4" Anker PowerLine Lightning Cable Is a Must-Have Battery Pack Accessory

Available in a 2-pack on Amazon for $12.99, no battery pack is complete without these Apple MFi-certified lightning cables. Gone are the days where I had to find myself having a bulge in my back pocket, as now with the Anker Powerline cable I can comfortably sit in public with my battery pack and charge up on the go thanks to the cable. Anker is well-known for having quality cables, and the Powerline series are no different promising over 5,000 bends and twists without fraying, something I can comfortably say isn’t the case with even Apple’s cables. Since each of the cables is only four inches, I usually just leave them attached to my battery packs when not in use so I won’t end up losing them. If something, however, does go wrong, Anker has an 18-month warranty that you can reach out to if something does happen to go wrong.

The Powerline options are available in both Lightning and micro-USB, and I’m hoping that Anker soon releases a version for Type-C cables since a few of their latest battery packs do come with a charge from USB Type-C option.

A great option for anyone who’s always on the go and doesn’t want to carry around the cable they typically charge their devices from, the Anker Powerline is a must have accessory for both Lightning and micro-USB users. And with its current price, it’s an absolute steal.

What I Like: Cables short enough to pocket with your battery pack without bulge

What Needs Improvement: Some people may want to go for an 8-inch cable if you plan on using in a bag to walk and charge
