All of them are impressive and there’s something for everyone! They are also affordable.
I love the Nomad USB Hub I purchased some time ago (Judie also reviewed it here). Now that I have an iPhone X, I’ll probably be purchasing one of the new hubs with wireless charging soon.
The fact that Nomad’s iPhone cases work perfectly with the new hub makes both the hub and the cases even better. And, of course, the collection includes cases for the iPhone 8, the iPhone 8 Plus, and the iPhone X.
Nomad’s CLEAR LEATHER CASE is the simplest of the cases. Made from Horween leather, it has an ultra clear polycarbonate shell for protection. And while we can’t call this case “rugged,” I’ve been using it for a while and can honestly say it offers plenty of protection. (Six feet of drop protection to be precise!) Add in the fact that the leather develops a beautiful patina over time, not only is this a case you will love but, as you use it, will develop a unique personality.
I especially love the fact that the case is thick enough that it protects the iPhone X’s camera lens when you place the phone down.

Rather than having a clear shell that is partially covered in Horween leather, this case has just a clear shell but adds a wallet-like cover that protects your phone’s screen.
Three slots on the interior of the cover let you carry a few credit cards and a license so you can leave your wallet at home. Like the Clear Case, the shell protects the phone from drops up to six feet.

When closed, it looks like a gorgeous leather wallet.
When open, you get full access to your iPhone and three slots for cards. An opening behind the card slots can also hold a few bill so you will always have cash with you.

Nomad’s LEATHER WALLET CASE is also gorgeous but comes with a caveat.
Looking much like the Rugged Case, it has two slots on the rear that can hold a few cards.
The only issue here, of course, is that storing a metal credit card in either of these slots will interfere with the wireless charging. For me, the wireless charging is one of the features I love most about my iPhone X, so this isn’t the case for me. It might, however, be the case for you.
The rugged Wallet Case is an elegant and minimalist wallet-case combination built from protective polymer and traditional leather work. Made from high-grade polycarbonate fused to a rubber TPE bumper, which provides full perimeter and screen protection, and premium vegetable tanned Horween leather that develops a rich patina through extended use.
In each case, the leather looks fantastic out of the box and develops a unique patina over time. That means the cases look better and better the more you use them.
In other words, if you want a simple case that offers some protection, Nomad has you and your phone covered. If you need more protection but want to leave your iPhone’s screen accessible at all times, Nomad has you, and your iPhone covered. And if you don’t want to carry a wallet, Nomad has not one, but three, options for you! Ranging in price from $39.95 for the Clear Case and maxing at $49.95 for either of the folio models, these cases look great, offer great protection and, with one exception, work perfectly with their new wireless charging hub.
