We’ve reviewed several products from EcoFlow, with more to come. Today they’ve introduced a new portable power station that promises industry-leading charging speeds. The EcoFlow DELTA 2 is an ideal backup solution and will fit nicely in the brand’s ecosystem. This next edition of the DELTA Portable Power Station looks like an exciting new product.
One of the most impressive features of the DELTA 2 is the ability to be recharged 80% in just 50 minutes. This revolutionary X-Stream technology charges seven times faster than the industry average. The power station is compatible with solar and the Smart Generator, so finding power in any situation is possible. This technology can prove crucial in any power emergency or when camping.
The EcoFlow DELTA 2 comes with a 1024Wh battery capacity, but it is also expandable using many of EcoFlow’s products. The DELTA 2 can be combined with a DELTA 2 Extra Battery or a DELTA Max Extra Battery to provide 2048Wh to 3040Wh of energy; this is a game-changer for anyone already vested in the EcoFlow system. Along with the great storage capabilities, the powerful 1800W AC output will make this usable with more devices. A maximum of 500W of solar input can be used and should fully charge the unit in three to six hours. That is almost unheard of for this large of a battery on solar! The premium LFP (LiFePO 4 battery) batteries are the same used in Tesla vehicles and can provide 3,000 cycles and should last for up to ten years.
