The Travelteq Lauren Leather iPad Handbag Will Make You Swoon

I’m pretty jaded when it comes to laptop bags, and it’s with good reason; I’ve been writing reviews for well over 13 years, and in that time I have seen and tried everything from the completely utilitarian to the somewhat sublime. So you’ll understand my surprise that the new Travelteq Lauren was able to stop me in my tracks … Travelteq Lauren 5 … and it was only because I have learned to practice a little bit of self-control that I was able to stop myself from placing an order for the black one this evening.

From the outside, the Lauren looks like a gorgeous structured leather handbag. It is available in water-proof navy or black vachetta, lined in thick nylon, and each bag is handmade in Italy.

The Lauren measures approximately 13″ wide x 8.7″ tall x 4.5″ deep, and it weighs about 2.3 pounds. Inside there is a zipped compartment on one wall, two large open compartments, and in the center there is a double zipped shock-resistant section that can hold either a full size iPad or an 11″ MacBook Air. I. want. this. bag.

And now I just need to decide how I’m going to justify buying one. =P

The €495 (approximately $673) Lauren Leather iPad Handbag is available from Travelteq.

I've had a fascination with all types of gadgets and gizmos since I was a child, beginning with the toy robot that my grandmother gave my brother - which I promptly "relieved him of" in 1973. I'm a self-professed gadget magpie. I can't tell you how everything works, but I'm known world-wide for using a product until I have a full understanding of what it does, what its limitations are, and if it excels in any given area — or not.
