About two years ago, I became a fan of BN3TH’s underwear and base layers. Between their quality materials, their “MyPakage” comfort pouch, and their fun designs, the company offers a wide range of boxers and base layers. BN3TH products can be on the pricier side, but I’m convinced they are worth the cost because they are well made with quality materials, long-wearing, and so comfortable. During the BN3TH Black Friday Sale, you can save big when shopping.
Merino Wool Garments
For years, I never paid over $15 for a t-shirt. But, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. So I started spending more on merino wool t-shirts, and I have no regrets. My newest, the Olivers Convoy Tee, may be pricey at $88, but it is actually a decent value. Let me explain why.
When I started wearing clothes made from merino wool, it was all about the base layers. In recent months, I’ve come to appreciate that some companies are also using merino wool for more traditional clothing; the Isobaa Mens Merino 200 Long Sleeve Polo Shirt is a prime example.
I’m still slightly surprised that more people don’t understand and appreciate that merino wool clothing isn’t just for winter. Merino t-shirts are great all year long, merino boxers provide four seasons of comfort, and the Isobaa Merino Blend 200 PJ Shorts are great for summer lounging and sleep. They’re pricy but oh so comfy.
I first met BN3TH last fall when I reviewed their new merino wool base layers. Since then, I’ve become a fan of the company’s base layers and undergarments. They recently sent me a pair of their new Entourage boxer briefs and the North Shore Bike Chamois. Both pairs of BN3TH Boxer Briefs have impressed me. Let’s take a look.
When I first started getting into merino wool clothing, I was a purist and only purchased clothing made from 100% merino wool. Recently I’ve discovered companies that do some magic with fabrics that, while not 100% merino wool, offer all the same benefits with fewer downsides. Artilect is one of those companies, and it is doing some interesting things.
If you own a dog, you know the worst part of an otherwise wonderful experience is having to walk the pup in lousy weather. As a matter of fact, I just got back from a long walk with my older dog Nava in the freezing rain. However, I was toasty warm thanks to BN3TH Merino wool base layers.
The trouble with winter is that whenever you want to keep warm outside, you feel like you need to bundle up in thick, heavy sweaters and coats. Kora decided to do something about that with their new Xenolith sweater that’s made out of a blend of Merino wool and Yak wool, which provides a high warmth to weight ratio.
