Lenovo Shines with Travel Ready Convertible Laptops and a Detachable Tablet

Today Lenovo is introducing two new convertible Windows 10 PCs, the YOGA 51o and the YOGA 710, along with the affordable ideapad MIIX 310 a 2-in-1 detachable tablet. All of the new devices sport better battery life, versatility, and portability.

YOGA 710 (11-inch) in black_stand mode

YOGA 510 14″ and 15″

The YOGA 510 14″ and 15″ boast more than 50% improved battery life. The 510 has a new design, lighter weight, and it delivers up to 8.5 hours battery life.

Similar to the YOGA 710, the new YOGA 5101 delivers a smooth transition between laptop, stand, tent, and tablet modes. Lighter than before at only 1.75kg (14-inch) and 2.08kg (15-inch), its new design has a unique diamond cut palm rest. Powered by up to 6th Gen Intel Core i7 processors with optional AMD® Radeon™ R7 M460 2GB GFX, the YOGA 5101 has serious performance chops for working and multitasking.

]The YOGA 510 14″ and 15″ laptops will be available in April, 2016, with prices starting at $599 for the 14″ and  $699 for the 15″.

YOGA 710 11″

If you travel a lot or you need to stay mobile, the 11″ Yoga 710 is for you. It has an Intel  Core m5 processor, and it comes with Windows 10.

Users can multitask seamlessly between videoconferencing, emailing and editing photos on the go. Weighing only 1.07kg, its compact size and ability to convert into a tablet make it ideal for people looking to save space in their bags.

The 11″ YOGA 710 is available in black or silver, and it can be used four different ways: laptop mode, presentation mode, tent mode, and tablet mode. It will be available in May, 2016, starting at $499.

YOGA 710 14″

The YOGA 710 14″ version has a 6th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, and an ” innovative antenna hinge that delivers incredibly stable Wi-Fi connections.” You can get the 14″ YOGA 710 with up to a 256GB solid state drive (SSD)
“for fast access to movies, pictures, and files without having to use an external hard drive. It also has enhanced performance with optional next generation NVIDIA® GeForce® graphics.” The 14 YOGA 710 can be used in laptop mode, presentation mode, tent mode, or tablet mode.

Battery life on both YOGA 710 models is reported at 8 hours.

The YOGA 710 14″ laptop will be available in May, 2016 starting at $799.

Ideapad MIIX 310 2-in-1 detachable tablet

The ideapad MIIX 310 is a 2-in-1 with a detachable tablet and keyboard. Available with optional 4G LTE,
this 10″ tablet is “one of the most affordable devices that combines both tablet and PC in one. And unlike many of its rivals, it comes with a detachable keyboard as standard.”

The MIIX 310 is supposed to get up to 10 hours’ battery life, and it is available with up to 64GB eMMC storage and 4GB DDR3L of memory.

The 10″ ideapad MIIX 310 will be available in June, 2016, and it will start at $229.
