Making a splash at CES, ASUS debuted a new line of Chromebook products aimed at the Education sector, called the ASUS Chromebook Education series. These ruggedized, classroom-ready laptops feature an ergonomic design and are easily serviced. The line-up includes the first-ever ASUS Chrome OS Tablet, two 11.6” Chromebooks in clamshell and convertible configurations, and a larger 14” clamshell.
The new ASUS Chromebook Education series will be extremely durable, including spill- and tamper-resistant keyboards and all-around rubber bumpers to withstand the abuse that comes with being used in schools. This new series will be available for purchase within the coming months and configurations, pricing, and availability will be announced at launch.
