OnePlus and T-Mobile know a few things. they know how to make excellent smartphones, they know how to blanket the country in 5G, and they know everyone is crawling the walls because there’s nowhere to go in the middle of a pandemic. They can’t totally fix that third issue, but they’re trying with their new OnePlus Go Farther scavenger hunt!

OnePlus and T-Mobile Roll Out a Virtual Scavenger Hunt for Socially Distanced Fun and Prizes!

For safety, this is a scavenger hunt you can do in your PJs while scrolling Twitter, so basically just like every day since the Ides of March. OnePlus is hiding 3 popup stores around the country, and they’re going to share clues on Twitter through @tmobile and the hashtag #OnePlusGoFarther, which has an oddly close rhythm to ET Phone Home. Sadly, there are no adorable big-eyed aliens at the end of this scavenger hunt, but you could win up to $5,000, a new OnePlus 8T 5G, or some OnePlus Buds Z. So follow the clues, check out, and the next time someone judges you for being lost in doom-scrolling online, at least you’ll have a good excuse!
