The Lowdown
I must say that I was surprised at the beauty and elegance of the Eggtronic Einova Wireless Charging Stone. The depth of the character in the marble does not come through in photos, but since they are made from actual stone, each charger will have a unique look. We tried out all of the Qi charging-enabled devices in our house, and all charged as expected. The Eggtronic Einova Wireless Charging Stone is perfect for anyone who is tired of the same old plastic pucks and wants to bring some beauty and style to their desk.

Wireless chargers have become quite commonplace for most of us these days. In my house and on my desk at work, these chargers are usually boring plastic pucks that I toss my device on as an afterthought. What if there was a wireless charger that added to the aesthetic of your home or workspace? The Eggtronic Einova Wireless Charging Stone does just that.
When I was offered the opportunity to review a marble wireless charger, I assumed it would be the same old plastic chargers I am used to with the look of marble. Boy was I wrong. The Eggtronic Einova Wireless Charging Stone is designed in Italy and is made from genuine marble. Yes, this thing is a beautiful chunk of real marble.
The package comes with a USB power brick, and the charging stone has an integrated 3-foot long braided power cable.
The Eggtronic Einova Wireless Charging Stone measures just under 5 inches across and almost an inch thick; it has no buttons, lights, or plastic fixtures. This charger is surprisingly substantial and heavy; felt on the back prevents marring or damaging surfaces, but it also stays in place due to the weight.
While the Eggtronic Einova Wireless Charging Stone is Qi Wireless Certified, and it will charge any smartphone or set of earbuds that are Qi-compatible at up to 10W, it is not MFi-certified. So keep in mind that it may charge iPhones at a slower rate than an Apple MFi-certified wireless charger would.
I must say that I was surprised at the beauty and elegance of the Eggtronic Einova Wireless Charging Stone. The depth of the character in the marble does not come through in photos, but since they are made from actual stone, each charger will have a unique look. If marble doesn’t appeal to you, there are six other stone options to choose from, so everyone can find something they like.
