Sweepstakes (aka Giveaways) Policies
• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes.
• Prizes: We will list who the prizes for the sweepstakes have been provided by.
• Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This sweepstakes is open only to individuals with a valid mailing address within the continental United States. Entries with mailing addresses outside of the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, are not eligible. If a selected winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.
• Entry Period: We will list when the sweepstakes begins and ends.
• Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes entry period.
• Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email from judie at geardiary.com within a few days after the sweepstakes has ended. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that this email address is able to receive messages, including checking spam or junk folders.
• Winner Response Requirements: Selected winners must respond to the notification email within fourteen (14) days of the date the email is sent. The exact response deadline will be specified in the notification email. If a selected winner does not respond by the stated deadline, that winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. Gear Diary is not responsible for failed, missed, or delayed email delivery and will not attempt to contact winners more than once.
• Winner List: The names of all confirmed winners will be posted on Gear Diary and will remain posted for no fewer than two months after the sweepstakes has closed.
