Super Smash Bros. is coming on the Nintendo 3DS and 2DS on October 3 (Wii U version coming before 2014 year-end). Players can get a jump on the action in the upcoming Nintendo eShop demo on September 19. Platinum Club Nintendo members already have access to the same demo plus three other download codes they can share with friends.

Platinum Club Nintendo members and the friends they shared the codes with can also enjoy unlimited local wireless multiplayer play sessions. The five playable characters in this demo are Link, Mario, Mega Man, Pikachu, and Villager and the single stage is Battlefield. This demo is the same as the upcoming Nintendo eShop demo releasing on September 19 (Nintendo Network ID required for both).

Nintendo Platinum Club members can look for the email titled “Four early access Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS demo codes inside just for you”. Nintendo 3DS or Nintendo 2DS systems required for each and all codes must be redeemed by September 19.

This advanced Super Smash Bros. demo availability applies to Club Nintendo members who have achieved Platinum status between July 1, 2013, and June 30, 2014, have registered any Nintendo 3DS hardware or software, and have opted in to receive emails from Club Nintendo.

Players can also go to Super Smash Bros. in-store kiosks get a one-day jump on the September 19 Nintendo eShop demo release.
