With the launch of the InvisibleShield Screen Guarantee Plan ZAGG just gave mobile device users a shot of confidence they never imagined. In a first-of-its-kind offering, ZAGG will now offer consumers a reimbursement of up to $100 toward the repair of their mobile screen IF their InvisibleShield fails to protect it from a crack or shatter. They promise no hassle, no questions asked and no deductible. Can it be? Apparently yes… it can.

The InvisibleShield Screen Guarantee Plan is $79.99. For that price consumers get an InvisibleShield Sapphire Defense screen protector for the iPhone 6/6s/7 or 6 Plus/6s Plus/7 Plus, an IFROGZ Vue Clear case for the iPhone 6/6s/7 or 6 Plus/6s Plus/7 Plus AND a one-year screen guarantee plan. The plan covers one damage incident and there is no deductible.

To activate the plan consumers sign up to purchase through InvisibleShield’s beta program at http://www.zagg.com/screen-guarantee-plan.

Once you are active with the plan if (when?) something happens it is a few simple steps together your phone working again.

  • 1) Before taking your phone in for repair, take a picture of the phone’s broken screen with InvisibleShield Sapphire Defense still installed
  • 2) After you’ve had your phone repaired by the repair shop of your choice, take a picture of the screen repair receipt
  • 3) Fill out an online claims form and attach both images for easy claim processing
  • 4) Once the claim has been approved, customers will receive a $100 USD reimbursement
