MEEPO Launches the MONSTER 2500 All-Terrain Skateboard with Nearly 100 Miles of Range!

Electric skateboards are one of my favorite ways to zip around the neighborhood, but every time I set out on my MEEPO Voyager X Electric Skateboard, there are multiple spots I have to watch out for lest I eat asphalt. We also have a few slightly bumpy dirt paths in our vicinity that I wouldn’t dare tackle on a street board, so when MEEPO announced their new MONSTER 2500 All-Terrain Skateboard, I perked right up.

Monster Power and Range

MEEEPO MONSTER 2500 All-Terrain Skateboard

The most powerful electric skateboard I’ve dared ride to date packs 5600 watts of power and a 30-mile range. The MEEPO MONSTER 2500 Performance All-Terrain Skateboard triples both of those stats with an eye-watering 15,200 watts of motor power and up to 93 miles of range from the 40 Ah battery.

Charging takes 4 hours or less from the included 75.6V fast charger. The metal dual gear drive means no snapped belts leaving you stranded up a mountain trail and provides enough power to climb any hill, provided you can keep your balance. My current board uses a similar gear-drive system, and I much prefer it to various belt-driven boards I’ve tested.

FlexForce Suspension for True Off-Road Terrain

Some electric skateboards slap some larger tires on the trucks and call it a day, but if you’ve ever tried to go over anything larger than a pebble on a big heavy board, then you know that things can get dicey pretty fast. MEEPO’s custom FlexForce Suspension on the MONSTER 2500 Skateboard features heavy CNC-machined parts with dual shock absorbers to let the board and rider flow over bumpy terrain. The air-filled 200 x 70mm Off-Road Tires look like a great size and width for stability and control.

Lighting for Riding Day or Night

MEEPO has added user-controllable RGB lighting throughout the MONSTER 2500, and it also includes a set of Shredlights for better dusk/dawn/night riding. I really appreciate the inclusion of lighting to both illuminate your riding and make you more visible to others.

Hopefully we’ll get a unit for review here soon; I would love to buzz up some of the mountain trails in my area with this monster.

The MEEPO MONSTER 2500 All-Terrain Skateboard retails for $3,499 (with a pre-order sale price of $2,599); it is available for pre-order now directly from the manufacturer.
