One thing that I have trouble with the most is sleep. I tend to never get enough of it, and even when I try to “oversleep” on the weekends, I still feel like groggy. I purchased a Jawbone Up to help monitor my sleep as a result and even though it does a good job, I’ve always longed to know more about my poor sleeping habits.

So when I found out about CubeSensors being able to sit on your nightstand and virtually tell you everything about your sleeping pattern, I was skeptic. But it seems as if the Slovenian (European) startup company had not only figured it out, but released a new update by the name of CubeSensors Sleep that works with my Jawbone that will fix the issue.

Exerpt from a rep at CubeSensors:

Most of us don’t get the recommended 7 – 8 hours of sleep during the week. And the sleep we do get is often full of interruptions. A culprit of bad sleep that often goes unnoticed is your bedroom. Now you can finally change this by placing a little stylish Cube in your bedroom. By constantly monitoring your bedroom’s temperature, humidity, air quality, light and noise, CubeSensors Sleep will guide you towards a healthier bedtime routine and a more sleep-friendly bedroom.

CubeSensors Sleep will link your currently sleep trackers like the Jawbone or Fitbit from your wrist, coupled by CubeSensors environmental monitoring to accurately see how your bedroom environment can affect your sleep throughout the night. As an asthmatic the air quality feature intrigues me the most, for obvious reasons. I’ve long thought that my poor sleep and possible dust and debris that could be either in my bedroom could be the cause of my poor sleep and this device could be a determining factor.
