The Griffin iTrip is a great way to control your music and talk on your iPhone 7 (or any Bluetooth-enabled device) without wires. As Griffin explains,

No headphone jack? NO problem! – Don’t worry if your favorite smartphone doesn’t have the headphone jack. iTrip Clip connects your favorite headphones wirelessly to your smartphone or tablet using Bluetooth 4.1. iTrip Clip cuts the cable between your smartphone and headphones to deliver the ultimate in wireless freedom to listen and control your music.

The iTrip Clip is nothing new. We’ve seen Bluetooth adapters before. But Griffin’s execution of the Bluetooth adapter, not to mention the arrival of the 3.5mm-less iPhone 7, make this a compelling accessory at a fantastic price.

The design of the iTrip lets you control your music with ease. Clearly delineated controls put controls for play, pause, skip tracks forward and backward and volume right at your fingertips. And since this is a product being marketed specifically for purchasers of the iPhone 7 you can activate Siri, and make phone calls with the press of a button.

The smart design of the iTrip Clip extended s beyond the controls. In keeping with its iTrip Clip name the accessory has a built-in clip that easily slips on your sleeve, your shirt collar, or the strap of your backpack or bag. That, in turn, means you can place the accessory in just the right position for easily accessing and activating its controls.

We actually love iTrip Clip for running and outdoor activity because it’s small enough to clip onto a hat or visor.

Yup, the iTrip Clip is small and light enough to attach to your hat. Simply stuff the excess cables under your hat and you’ll get wireless audio using your favorite pair of wired earbuds.

Finally, it is worth noting that the iTrip Clip isn’t just for use with iPhones and other smartphones. Any device that has built-in Bluetooth is compatible. That means you can use it with your headphones but also use it with your car audio system, your home audio system or pretty much anything you can think of that might benefit from a Bluetooth audio-in connection.

Some sound amazing… and are priced accordingly. Others are far more budget-friendly… and sound like it.
