It took almost three years of tinkering and perfecting, but The Haymaker has finally launched. Dubbed ‘the only headphone you will ever need,’ The Haymaker was designed to be perfect for travelers, fitness junkies, audiophiles, gamers, and more. The company says that you can use these headphones in almost any situation, and they claim to impress the moment you open the box.
The Haymaker headphones include two magnetic interchangeable foam speaker pad sets (one leather and one perforated cloth), so you’ll get the perfect fit and feel when listening to music or gaming. They also come with a hardcover carrying case, a 3.5mm auxiliary cord, a Universal micro-USB-C cord, and a PC gaming controller adapter.
The Haymaker has a black carbon fiber finish, and the closed-back, over-the-ear earphone housing and headband are lined with multicolor synchronous RGB LED lights. Dual-mode adaptive noise canceling and touch sensor interfaces allow users to control music, calls, and lighting. These wireless headphones use Bluetooth 5.0 and APTX; they are compatible with mobile devices, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and PCs.
The Haymaker features 7.1 surround sound (an eight-channel surround audio system) that provides a supremely immersive experience with sound effects coming from all directions. On top of that, they are the only headphones that feature a full custom tune by DIRAC, the Swedish high-performance audio tuning company known for the sound tuning found on Bentley and Rolls-Royce vehicles.
I’m not sure if the headphones that I use for gaming would be the same pair I’d want to exercise, travel, and unwind while listening to music with, but The Haymaker claims that they can do it all. What do you think?
