UPDATED: Homiffi Is an All-in-One Bedside Fan, Heater, Alarm Clock, and Wireless Charger Promising Better Sleep

If you’ve ever struggled with temperature control at night, whether it’s too hot or too cold, and you’ve wished for a solution that could keep your sleep environment just right—Homiffi might be exactly what you need. It’s a compact, bedside device that does much more than heat or cool the air. With the ability to quickly warm up or cool down in just 3 seconds, it’s designed to make your nights more comfortable, so you can fall asleep faster and wake up refreshed.

Homiffi does more than help keep you at a comfortable temperature in bed. With it, you can drift off to sleep with soft, ambient lighting and the gentle hum of white noise, then wake up to a gradual sunrise simulation instead of a harsh alarm.

UPDATED: Homiffi Is an All-in-One Bedside Fan, Heater, Alarm Clock, and Wireless Charger Promising Better Sleep

This little device has features that can turn your room into a calming sleep sanctuary. It includes a fan, heater, alarm clock, Bluetooth speaker, and even wireless charging for your phone—all in one sleek design that’s easy on the eyes and perfect for any bedside or desktop setup.

Let’s break down how it works. Homiff’s temperature control can range from 68 to 86°F (20-30°C), which means it’s versatile enough to keep you comfy whether you’re in the middle of a winter chill or a summer heatwave.

In heating mode, it reaches a cozy 77°F (25°C) in just 3 seconds, while the fan can cool things down with five different speed settings. It’s also designed with a smart airflow system that spreads air more evenly than traditional fans, making sure every part of the room feels just right. Homiffi runs quietly at 30dB in heat mode and 50dB when cooling—perfect for keeping things peaceful as you drift off.

Beyond climate control, Homiffi is all about creating the perfect sleep atmosphere. The ambient lighting system offers 10 brightness levels, with adjustable color temperatures ranging from cool white for reading to warm yellow for winding down at the end of the day.

Research shows that softer, warmer light can help with melatonin production, which makes Homiffi’s warm yellow light a great option before bed. You can also set it to gradually brighten like a sunrise in the morning, helping you wake up more naturally.

Homiffi has multiple alarm clock modes

But Homiffi doesn’t stop there. It’s designed to help you reduce screen time, too. With its built-in Bluetooth speaker, you can wirelessly stream your favorite playlists, audiobooks, or even white noise, letting you keep your smartphone out of your hands while embracing a more restful, screen-free night.

If you like to charge your phone or headphones while sleeping, you can place them on Homiffi’s wireless charging pad—no more fumbling for cables in the dark. Homiffi offers wireless charging at 7.5W for Apple and 10W for Android.

For those who want a streamlined setup, Homiffi’s got your back. It’s compact and stylish, making it a space-saving solution for small rooms or crowded bedside tables. Available in two colors—light wood or dark brown—it blends effortlessly with your decor. It’s also energy-efficient, with smart temperature control and automatic shut-off features to keep your energy use low.

Homiffi is available with a white or black finish.

Homiffi is currently available for backing on Kickstarter, with a Super Early Bird price of $99. This could be the perfect solution if you’ve been searching for a smarter way to manage your sleep environment.

Update 01/19/2025: If you were a Homiffi backer, the future of this particular Kickstarter project that brought in over $67,000 does not look good.

The Homiffi Kickstarter project was fully funded in November, so it might still be too early to tell if the creators were scammers. However, the makers have removed their website (as seen in the comments for the project), and it does not look good.

Backing speculative projects on Kickstarter always involves risk. Still, the platform should have a better process for vetting projects, ensuring that makers are legit, and having some means of holding scammers accountable.

So, once again, people who have backed a Kickstarter project in good faith will likely be left with a bad taste in their mouths about the entire backing experience, and you would think that Kickstarter would do more to address that.

As a Kickstarter “Superbacker,” I have supported projects that never delivered and many that eventually did deliver long after the expected date.  This happens far too often to be unacceptable, and I wish Kickstarter would be more accountable to its users!

  1. This is a nice combination. I’m looking forward to seeing the reviews once it comes out, to see how well it works.

  2. This is looking like another Kickstarter scam. Homiffi website is down and no response from the creators.

  3. @David Ugh! I have been on Kickstarter for years, and the stories I could tell you about when I backed something and received something great … and then there are the times when I got scammed. Sorry to hear that about this project, and I will update this post to reflect that their site is gone. =/
