The other day we took a look at Think Tank Photo’s new My 2nd Brain 13 laptop bag. Designed to carry a 13″ MacBook air or MacBook Pro, an iPad, an iPhone and assorted accessories, it is a small but impressive bag. The company also offers a smaller, $74.75 version for those who just carry an iPad. Check it out.

The My 2nd Brain Tablet with its big brother the My 2nd Brain 13

Think Tank Photo explains the My 2nd Brain Tablet this way:

This slim, soft case fits an iPad + iPhone® in individual padded pockets. Additional dedicated pockets provide easy access to power adapters and memory cards, down to the tiniest items; so don’t sweat the small stuff.

The bag measures just 8.7” W x 10.6” H x 1.9” D and weighs a pound. Yes, it is small, but that’s the idea. Think Tank suggests it can hold an iPad and an iPhone, a power supply w/ AC cable, USB portable drives and cable, a camera connection kit, earbuds, a stylus, monitor adapters, memory cards, pens, business cards, and other small items. Is this the ultimate mobile tablet office for you? Here’s a video look to help you decide.

The My 2nd Brain Tablet has all the same organizational design at the larger My 2nd Brain 13 in a slightly smaller package. That means you’ll be able to carry just enough gear and keep it organized on the go. For a closer look at the assorted pockets, check out the review of the My 2nd Brain 13.(Read it.) In the meantime, if you don’t need something to carry your laptop and have gone “all-in” with using an iPad for productivity, then you’ll want to consider this bag. Get yours.

MSRP: $74.75

What I Like: Small and designed to carry just enough; Well-made; Use with or without the shoulder strap; Same great features as the My 2nd Brain 13 in a smaller package

What Needs Improvement: Nothing so long as you don’t need to carry more than a tablet and a few accessories
